Project Overview
This project was part of a villa renovation in Terranova, Arabian Ranches, giving us the opportunity to redesign and upgrade the home’s technology in a clean, structured way while building works were underway.
The client wanted reliable Wi-Fi throughout the property, integrated security cameras, high-quality TV audio in key living spaces, and multi-room audio in selected rooms — all without overcomplicating the system.
Network & Whole-Home Wi-Fi
We installed a full UniFi professional network and Wi-Fi system, providing seamless coverage across the entire villa. This design delivers consistent coverage throughout all living spaces and a solid foundation for cameras and audio systems.

Security was implemented using UniFi Protect, keeping networking and cameras within the same ecosystem. The system includes external cameras covering the perimeter and an internal camera for general monitoring, all accessible via the UniFi Protect app.

Living Room & TV Audio
For the main living spaces, we installed high-quality but discreet TV audio systems:

This delivers clear dialogue and significant performance upgrades without the complexity of a full surround system in every room.
