Availability depends on engineer schedules, location and the type of issue. For urgent WiFi, AV, networking or smart home support, contact us with your area and symptoms and we will confirm the earliest available slot.
Do you offer remote support?
Where possible, we can provide remote support for configuration checks, troubleshooting and guidance. Some issues, such as cabling faults, WiFi coverage problems or hardware failures, may require an on-site visit.
