Project Overview
We have completed multiple projects for the same family within Jumeirah Golf Estates, ranging from full renovation works to network modernisation and long-term ongoing support.
Our involvement has evolved over time — from large-scale smart home installation to taking over, updating, and managing existing systems — and has since extended to other properties owned by the family in different locations.
Major Renovation Project: Smart Home & Lighting Integration
The largest project currently underway is a full renovation of a JGE villa, where the client wanted a clean, modern smart home focused on control, reliability, and usability.
For this property, the client was not concerned with whole-home audio, but wanted excellent control, lighting, and connectivity.
Systems installed include:
- Control4 smart home system
- Control4 touchscreens installed throughout the house
- Strong, reliable whole-home Wi-Fi
- Lutron lighting control, including:
- Lutron RA2 system
- Lutron 6-button keypads
- Inline dimmers and switches
This delivers intuitive control of lighting and the home environment, with a clean and consistent user experience across the property.
Existing Network Takeover & Modernisation
In addition to the renovation project, we were also asked to take over management of an existing network at another JGE property owned by the same family.
The network had not been updated or maintained for some time.
Our work included:
- Reviewing and taking control of the existing network
- Updating hardware and configurations where required
- Improving stability, security, and performance
- Putting the system under ongoing management and support
Since then, we have continued to manage and maintain the network long-term.

Following these projects, we have:
- Completed technology work for the same family at other properties outside JGE
- Continued to provide network management and support
