This project is one of several we have completed in Jumeirah Golf Estates, and represents the largest and most comprehensive renovation we are currently delivering in the area.
The client’s priorities were clear:

- Reliable, high-performance Wi-Fi everywhere
- Proper smart lighting with physical keypads
- No requirement for distributed audio
The focus was on control, usability, and lighting quality, rather than entertainment systems.
Smart Home Control
We deployed Control4 as the primary smart home platform.
The system includes:
- Control4 touchscreens installed throughout the property
- Centralised control of lighting, key systems, and home functions
- Simple, intuitive interfaces suitable for everyday use
This provides the client with consistent control across the home without relying solely on mobile apps.
Network & Whole-Home Wi-Fi
A professional whole-home Wi-Fi system was designed and installed to ensure reliable coverage across the entire property.
The Wi-Fi system delivers:
- Strong, stable connectivity throughout the villa
- Support for Control4, lighting, and future system expansion
- Reliable performance for daily household and work usage
Lighting Control Integration
Lighting was integrated using Lutron, delivering a robust and proven lighting control system suitable for large villas.
The lighting system includes:
- Lutron RA2 (R2) lighting control
- Lutron 6-button keypads for intuitive scene selection
- Inline Lutron dimmers and switches installed within the lighting circuits
This allows for clean wall aesthetics, consistent dimming performance, and reliable long-term operation.
