Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

What is an Annual Maintenance Contract?

An Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) provides structured, ongoing support for your Wi-Fi, AV, and smart home systems. Rather than reactive, one-off visits, AMC ensures your system is monitored, maintained, and optimised over time.

Technology evolves constantly — firmware updates, app changes, and new devices can all impact system stability. AMC clients benefit from proactive care, priority support, and predictable annual costs.

When is AMC required?

  • Mandatory for any system involving existing, developer-installed, or third-party hardware
  • Optional (but recommended) for systems fully supplied and installed by Hurst First

Without an active AMC, Hurst First will not proceed with commissioning, integration, or ongoing support for third-party or mixed systems.

Supporting Existing Systems

If your system was installed by another company, we're happy to take it on—but we need to understand it first.

Any system that includes third-party, developer-installed, or existing client-owned hardware requires an active Hurst First AMC.

Initial Assessment

AED 500 + VAT. On-site evaluation of system and infrastructure. Written report within 2 business days. Fee fully refunded upon AMC activation.

Assessment Outcomes

Accepted for support (AMC begins), Accepted with conditions (minor remedial works needed), or Declined (system not supportable).

AMC Activation

Once accepted, your AMC term begins and you gain access to priority support and preferred pricing.

Thinking About an Upgrade?

Many clients start with an AMC to stabilize an existing system, then later upgrade to a fully Hurst First–designed solution.

When you upgrade, we can apply AMC credit toward your new project (subject to minimum project value of AED 5,000):
