About Hurst First

Hurst First started when I moved to an Arabian Ranches villa in 2019.

Where it began

After moving in, the WiFi was terrible - dead zones in bedrooms, constant dropouts, and no amount of router repositioning helped.

Drawing on years of enterprise networking experience, I designed and installed a proper system with access points, structured cabling, and real coverage planning.

What we kept seeing

Word spread quickly. Neighbors asked for help. Then friends of neighbors. What started as casual favors became a pattern - I was constantly diagnosing and fixing systems that other installers had built poorly.

The issues were consistent, and they kept costing homeowners time and money:

• WiFi designed around equipment sales, not property layout - Installers would drop in a mesh system without considering concrete walls, floor plans, or interference. Coverage was guesswork.
• No documentation - When systems had issues, homeowners had no network diagrams, no credential records, no idea where cables ran. Every troubleshooting session started from zero.
• Afterthought cabling - Cables draped along baseboards, access points placed wherever power outlets existed, switches stuffed in closets. "It works" was the only standard.

What we changed

After fixing dozens of these installations, the opportunity was clear: Dubai needed integrators who approached residential systems the way enterprise networks are built - design before installation, proper infrastructure planning, and documentation that outlasts the install team.

That became Hurst First's foundation. Since 2019, we've completed 2,000+ installations across Dubai and the UAE, from Marina high-rises to Palm Jumeirah villas, with one consistent approach: plan the system properly, install it cleanly, document everything, and provide support that keeps it running years later.

The method that started in a Ranches villa now scales across Dubai - because the fundamentals don't change, regardless of property size or budget.
