About Hurst First
Established in 2019, we are a Dubai-based team focused on planning, delivering, and supporting home technology projects clearly. This page explains who we are, how we work, and the standards behind our process, documentation, and workmanship.
Our Story
Hurst First started by solving a real home WiFi problem in Arabian Ranches, then turning that experience into a more structured way to plan and deliver residential technology projects across Dubai.
Where it began
Hurst First started when I moved to an Arabian Ranches villa in 2019.
The WiFi was terrible: dead zones in bedrooms, constant dropouts, and no amount of router repositioning helped.
Drawing on years of enterprise networking experience, I designed and installed a proper system with access points, structured cabling, and real coverage planning.
What we kept seeing
Word spread quickly. Neighbours asked for help, then friends of neighbours. The same problems kept appearing in different homes: systems installed without enough thought to layout, future changes, or handover.

Those gaps kept costing homeowners time, money, and confidence in their systems.
What we changed
After fixing dozens of installations, it was clear that Dubai needed integrators who approached residential systems with more planning up front and clearer records at handover.
Since 2019, we have completed 2,000+ installations across Dubai and the UAE, from Marina high-rises to Palm Jumeirah villas.
